Jocelyn

Quality Coordinator


Arriving in Australia and being out of the workforce for 7 years whilst raising her son, joining the Fantastic Distribution Centre in 1984 was the new opportunity and stability that Jocelyn craved.

Recognising her potential, Jocelyn was made a permanent Team Leader. Now she is a Coordinator, looking after three sections in the packaging area, with two reporting Team Leaders.

It’s this role which saw Jocelyn flourish within her leadership and communications skills.

“We work as a team, not as individuals. If one area is finished, we will help the other area.”

“I feel proud of getting a certificate. I never thought I could do something like that at my age“.

Seeing lots of change in 29 years and rallying through some ups and downs, it’s the relationships forged that have kept Jocelyn with Fantastic for this length of time.

“I love getting to know people I work with and having fun. The people make me stay and I look forward to coming to work every day, seeing peoples smiles and joking around.”

And it’s the small things that count to make everyone feel included and feel like family.
