Bubbly, vivacious, and passionate about animals and singing - there’s so much to love about Hayley. But it’s on the showroom floor where Hayley really shines, and we witness her passion connecting with customers.

Previously working in hospitality, Hayley wanted to try something different and decided to explore Retail as a career. For Hayley, it’s all about giving customers a fantastic experience in-store and helping them to find what they want. “It makes me feel really happy as I know that I am doing something to help people”.

Having worked at Fantastic Furniture for 7 months, Hayley has already made a big impact in a short time. Now stepping up into a leadership role, Hayley has the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility.

“I was very shocked and couldn’t believe that happened. I was elated to be given the opportunity and see that my hard work was recognised”.

“It’s even better than I expected. I didn’t realise there would be so many opportunities within the company and I have an amazing team as well. I was able to get my e-academy, (CERT III in Retail) under my belt too. On the shop floor I’ve also learnt a lot about product, mattress and lounges so I’m confident to tell customers about our products.”
