After 13 years Ange is known as the “Fantastic Furniture Google.”

Currently working as an NSW D2C Supervisor, Ange first started at the Campbeltown store as a salesperson, quickly working her way up to a 2IC position leading 15 team members.

Recognising her potential, Ange’s managers have always encouraged her to get out of her comfort zone to work in leadership, Customer Care, E-Commerce, and Online roles across the country.

“I feel proud of myself, the people I worked with and the opportunities I’ve had. They could see that I had a passion for personal growth in the business and they nurtured it which was awesome”.

Working across 11 stores during her career, it’s the people that really stand out to Ange.

“Everyone is just so friendly, willing to learn and do whatever it takes to get to where we’ve got to go. I’ve never worked in another company or been in a team that all has the same goal.”

When asked why Ange would recommend working at Fantastic – she doesn’t hesitate to say it’s about the personal growth.

“You don’t get tied down, put in a slot, and expected to stay there. There’re always opportunities for growth. Even if you’re not thinking about it, the suggestions are put out there. It’s encouraged to have a go if it’s something you want.”
