Our approach to hiring is a two-way conversation. We want to know what makes you Fantastic, and for you to get to know why we are Fantastic. Throughout the process, we’ll share more about the role, team and business.

We want you to prepare but not over think it, our biggest tip during the recruitment process is to be yourself. So show us who you are!


We don’t have a “type”

We're not about a one-size-fits all solution when it comes to recruitment. We look for many Fantastic skills and abilities, and always have an eye out for the unique and different, which makes people stand out from the crowd. So, even if you don’t tick all the boxes or think the role might be a stretch, we’d still love to hear from you.

Keeping applications simple

When applying for a role with us we’ll be looking out for your transferable skills and capability but we don’t need a detailed cover letter. If you want to explain how you meet the role criteria, go ahead but it is not a requirement.

Depending on the role the recruitment process can differ slightly, however normally once you apply a member of our Talent team will reach out and guide you through the process as quickly as possible. Our proccess is all delivered online and quick to turnaround.
